Factory and Equipment

The company’s factory is located in the south of Tehran, on the old Qom Road, within the Tehran Industrial Park, covering an area of 5,400 square meters. It includes forging, pattern-making, machining, assembly, repair, painting workshops, as well as pump testing laboratories.

With nearly 30 machines — including boring, gantry milling, cylindrical grinding, CNC turning, vertical turning, conventional lathes, CNC milling, conventional milling, CNC cutting, and other tools and equipment — the company operates one of the most complete machining workshops in the region.

Some of the software used by the company are as follows:

TURBO – This software is used for all hydraulic pump design calculations. From the initial design stages to final production, it enables both the design of new equipment and the reverse engineering and redesign of existing models.

CFD – Used for computational fluid dynamics simulation and analysis, as well as modeling fluid flow and heat transfer.

AutoCAD – For 2D drafting and creation of workshop drawings.

CATIA & SolidWorks – For 3D modeling and detailed mechanical design.

PowerMILL – For G-code generation used in machining and mold making.

ProNest – For generating G-code for CNC cutting machines.

Simco – For machining simulation using G-code.

Primavera – For project scheduling and control.
